Please read all item descriptions thoroughly before purchasing as all sizing information is as true as we can give. We must receive returned items within 7 days from the date of order to return your goods for a refund. Any items returned after the 7 days will unfortunately not be accepted for a refund.
The goods must be returned to us in the condition they were dispatched, complete with all packaging and in a re saleable state. Strictly no signs of wear; fake tan/ make up/ deodorant etc.
Some of our goods are exempt from being returned due to health and hygiene reasons. These items include; Swimwear/Jewellery.
Pre order items are strictly unable to be returned for a refund as each item is ordered in to your request. Please read all sizing information thoroughly before purchasing.
Sale items are non-refundable/returnable. 
The goods remain YOUR responsibility until they are received and signed for by us.Please contact us before returning with the reason as to why the item is being returned. A refund will be provided within '14 days item is received'. If these conditions are not met then you will be refused a refund. We also strongly recommend that returned goods are sent signed/tracked with the appropriate insurance cover as they will only be deemed returned when signed for by us.
